Availability, Prices and Booking (including Booking Terms & Conditions)
To help make booking stress free, you can contact us by email before making the booking and ask us to hold the property until midnight that day to enable you to book flights. (We will hold the property for either a 1 week or 2 week rental period). Please read the booking instructions and terms below. Prices and the calendar showing current availability are also shown below.

How to make a booking:

Once you have read our booking terms and conditions are sure you want to make a booking, please send us an email with your contact details, (including contact telephone number), and confirm the booking period you wish to secure. We will send you the booking form that you will need to fill in and send back to us by email. (Please read the booking terms and conditions shown below).
Once we have received your completed booking form you will need to make the confirmation payment which is a non-refundable deposit amounting to 30% of the total rental that will be due. (You may pay this sum by electronic bank to bank transfer).
The damages deposit of £550 will be due prior to the start of the rental period. This will be refunded at the end of the rental period unless there are any damages that become apparent or items found missing after checking the property.
